FOUNDER & CHEF

Marek started cooking during his photography studies at university, where instead of attending class, he was cooking in his room for other classmates and teachers. In 2012 he almost won the TV competition Masterchef SK/CZ; he ended up 3rd.

 

His career gained momentum very quickly and he ended up as a head chef of an Italian cooking school named Laboratorio. He worked on many catering events, held his own cooking lessons and also assisted during every cooking class by the best of the best, like Zdeněk Pohlreich, Riccardo Lucque, Jan Punčochář and Italian Michelin star chefs Steffano Ciotti and Moreno Cedroni. He cooked for stars like Donald Sutherland and Carrie-Anne Moss, also known as Trinity from the Matrix trilogy. 

 

In 2016, he started his own catering business, dealing in anything from small fêtes to weddings. He also worked as a private chef, working for the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger or social media star Alexis Ren. 

 

In the year 2017, he briefly joined TV Mňam, where he had a cooking show called “Tetovaný chef”. After this experience, he really wanted to create a new concept which would allow him to cook in nature, far away from the city and civilization.
